Copper 110
Copper 110 (also called C110 ETP, roughly 99.9% pure copper) has the best electrical and thermal conductivity of anything here. It's the go-to for electrical contacts, bus bars, connectors, and terminals. Pure copper is gummy and wants to grab the tool, so we run it with sharp tooling and controlled parameters to keep edges clean.
Tellurium Copper
Tellurium copper (C145) is a free-machining copper. A small amount of tellurium lets it cut fast and clean while keeping most of copper 110's conductivity. It's a strong choice when you need conductive parts in volume without fighting gummy material.
Brass
Brass is a copper-zinc alloy. Free-machining grades like C360 cut quickly, finish beautifully, and resist corrosion — ideal for valves, fittings, fasteners, and decorative or detailed hardware where a crisp surface matters.
Bronze
Bronze is a copper-tin alloy. Bearing bronzes like C932 stand up to wear and sliding loads, which makes them a natural fit for bushings, bearings, gears, and marine fittings.

Built for both ends of the range
We run the free-machining grades fast for a fine finish, and we slow down and switch to sharp tooling for gummy pure copper so it stays controlled. Either way, the finish and tolerance you specified are what ships.
