Each grade machines differently

Stainless gives you corrosion resistance and strength, but the alloy matters. We match tooling and parameters to the grade so you get clean threads, crisp features, and the finish your application needs.

Grades we machine

303 for free-machining work, 304 for general corrosion resistance, 316 for marine and medical environments, and 17-4 PH when you need heat-treatable strength. Others on request.

Machining deposits free iron that undermines stainless. We coordinate passivation per ASTM A967 so the corrosion resistance you specified is the corrosion resistance you get.
