Houston is the energy capital of the country, and its supply chain demands parts that survive heat, pressure, and corrosive service. Rigid Concepts machines that hardware from our Van Alstyne facility in North Texas and ships it statewide to Houston. Distance is not a barrier — drawings, STEP files, and inspection reports move electronically, and finished parts move by freight on a schedule that keeps your project on track.
Engineered for the energy corridor
Oil and gas components fail in the field for two reasons: the wrong alloy or the wrong tolerance. We address both. Our oil & gas machining delivers rugged parts for high-pressure service, and we specialize in the superalloys that make them last — Inconel 625 and 718 for heat and corrosion, plus stainless grades for the rest of the package. Valve bodies, manifolds, fittings, and downhole components are routine work for us.
- Downhole, subsea, and surface-equipment components
- Inconel, stainless, and corrosion-resistant alloys
- Valve bodies, manifolds, fittings, and pressure parts
- Full material certs and traceability for critical service

Beyond energy: Houston's medical & industrial base
Houston is also home to the largest medical center in the world and a broad industrial economy. We support that side too — biocompatible, traceable medical parts and tight-tolerance industrial components in titanium and stainless. Whatever the vertical, our licensed engineering team reviews the design for manufacturability before we cut.
Working with us from Houston
Houston is well south of our North Texas shop, so we work as a remote-collaboration partner and ship statewide: secure file exchange, quoting and DFM feedback by phone and email, digital inspection reports, and freight delivery. For larger programs we coordinate logistics so the distance never shows up in your schedule.
